We identify deserving families and community spaces and put our skills to work — at no cost to them. From single mothers to veterans to seniors on fixed incomes, we show up with tools and heart.

We believe informed homeowners make better decisions. We offer free workshops, guides, and resources to help families understand their homes and plan smart renovations.

Tool Library Program
A free community tool-lending library giving homeowners and aspiring tradespeople access to professional-grade tools — removing the cost barrier between ambition and action.
RFRM Apprenticeship Academy
A structured, paid apprenticeship track partnering with Albuquerque high schools and workforce centers to put the next generation on a licensed trades career path.
Blueprint Mentorship Program
Pairing licensed tradespeople with at-risk youth for one-on-one mentorship — teaching life skills and hands-on construction fundamentals side by side.
Homes for Heroes Build Fund
A dedicated fund that finances complete home renovations for qualifying veterans, first responders, and educators who can't afford the work. Every paying client contributes.
